Tires Plus

I'm new to the area and needed 4 new tires. This place was recommended. I didn't have time to shop around so I will trust that I made the right decision. I'm pleased with the staff and work, except that they didn't replace my new spare, they gave me one of my old tires back.

Excellent service from start to finish. They took care of my tires and engine diagnostic with great professionalism. The team is honest, efficient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. They helped my husband unload the wheels and also placed my old wheels into the vehicle when they were done. They were able to schedule a time that minimized my wait and it was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. Highly recommend!

I thought i needed my tires balanced. They were the original tires i got when I bought my Kia Optima in 2019. I had always bought my tires st Costco before this time. The Price for ttuly high quslity tires and the clearly indicating of the services included...that I was unaware of , made up my mind. Also a comfortable waiting toom with complimrntry coffee was better than waiting at Costco, where I usually buy my tires. Not this time. Convenient and value I received at Tires Plus exceeded my prior Costco tire purchases.

I can't recommend them like I used to. I have been going there for 20 years. I was there for almost five hours for tires and I was not given service that was focused on me as their customer. Diego, the Area Manager is nice though and he tries his best to manage nine stores. The prices for tires are also way too high. I realize there are issues with things costing too much everywhere, but I don't think new tires should be $140.00. A $100.00 is much more reasonable. Thank you.
